Dogs deserve nice things too!
e had a fantastic time running a dog collar workshop as part of the Krankenhaus Festival at Muncaster Castle in The Lake District over the Bank Holiday weekend. We think that our lovely four legged friends definitely deserve nice things too - and so we made gorgeous matching collars and leads for our fur babies!
Mashie is Muncaster Castle's resident Cocker Poo - named after the water course Strath Mashie. Lovely Mashie has just had a little of puppies and one of her son's has been named Strath. We wish all the new puppies happy river splashing lives in their new homes.
Muncaster Castle is a lived in family home which has been occupied by the Pennington family for over 800 years. We are delighted that Mashie now proudly wears her smart new collar around the stunning estate.
Here are some of our workshop participants from the weekend - showing off their collars and leads.
The dog show at Krankenhaus Festival was so much fun with Charlotte Church and Stewart Lee presiding over the categories. We were so proud of our very own Betsy winning the Mark E. Smith award for Non - Compliance. You Go Girl!
Krankenhaus Festival is fabulous weekend of contemporary music, fell walks, raptor displays, nature talks and prize - winning novelists. We were delighted to be asked to take part in deliver the workshops and hope we will return next time.
